QUALITY CONTROL
Our quality control department makes sure that the production process is carried out in compliance with technical, sanitary, formal and legal requirements, with the quality and aesthetic conditions specified in the contract, and that the finished product meets the customer’s expectations.
In our laboratories, located both in Warsaw and at the R&D Centre in the Brzeziny branch, we carry out a number of tests to verify the properties of our products.

- Cork and/or packaging leakage test
- Evaluation of barrier properties – OTR / WVTR permeability

- Packaging composition test – RAMAN microscope
- Hot tack strength test
- Relative elongation and breaking strength test
- DIGIMARK code readability
