PRODUCTION
Thanks to years of experience, modern machinery and advanced measuring equipment, KB Folie Polska Sp. z o.o. is able to choose optimal film parameters for specific applications.
With our machinery, we can carry out packaging printing, lamination, cutting, forming and finishing processes. Our specialisation are flexographic and rotogravure printing techniques. We have 5 state-of-the-art flexographic printers and 2 rotogravure printers, specially adapted for precision printing on a variety of materials, such as film and paper. We carry out both solvent-based and solvent-free lamination.
The materials we use, including films, adhesives and inks, are of the highest quality. We have two technologically advanced facilities – our own DTP studio and a modern Research and Development Centre. All stages of the production process are closely supervised.
DTP Studio
Our team is made up of experienced process engineers and graphic designers with several years’ experience in preparing files and producing photopolymer matrices for flexographic printing.
